Drainage mesh lets the water drain through while keeping soil in the pot. No more mess! 
This is for the extra large size in a nice fine mesh that keeps the soil in and lets the water drain through. Easy to trim with scissors to the size you need. Round, square, rectangular, Bonsai, up to you!


These are sold as single sheets, each sheet measures 20cms x 30cms. 


What is potting drainage mesh used for?


Use drainage mesh at the bottom of your pots before adding soil when potting up and repotting, placing it over the drainage holes. Simple and quick. Helps prevent soil loss without blocking drainage holes, keeping soil free-draining. 


What are they made of?


A single sheets measures 20cms x 30cms, Made of a similar material to insect screens (a flexible nylon mesh). Flexible and waterproof. Won't rust or degrade. Reusable. Easy to trim to make it smaller or change the shape. 


Although cheap, these are not intended to be thrown away. We hope you'll be mindful and re-use them every time you repot :)

FREE shipping for orders $99+. For orders under $99: Auckland Standard $5 or rural $9. Rest of the North Island and South Island: Standard $8 or rural $12. Plants and overweight/oversize parcels have separate rates. Full rates here >

Orders ship every week-day. Orders placed before 7pm Mon to Thurs leave the next morning. Zoom zoom! Fri morning orders usually ship Friday. Fri, Sat & Sun orders up to 4pm Sun leave Mon (or the next working day after public holidays).
