Unbox your new humidifier. Inside you'll find the humidifier which has 2 wicks already installed, 2 spare wicks, and the charging cord.
Steps to follow before first use...
1. Prep & Charge
Put aside the 2 spare wicks (they won’t be needed for another 3 months or so).
Untwist the top off the bottom of the humidifier.
Pull off the 2 wick covers - taking care not to lose the wick spring inside the bottom of each wick cover - and remove the 2 filter wicks inside the covers.
Fully submerge the wicks in water. Soak for 30 minutes.
While the wicks are soaking, push wick covers back in place and twist the top back on.
Plug in charging cord (use an adaptor if needed - not supplied).
Charge indicator light will turn red when charging.
Charge for at least 2 hours (no more than 3 hours needed).
Light will change from red to green when fully charged.
Unplug cord once charged (do not leave on charge longer than needed, this can shorten the battery lifetime).
2. Get Ready to Use
Untwist the top and fill the water reservoir bottom to about 1cm below full.
Tap water is best, or mineral water. Do not use filtered water with the minerals removed.
Pull off wick covers, put soaked wicks in and push wick covers back in.
(take care not to lose the wick spring in the bottom of each cover)
Put the top back on water reservoir and peel the clear cover off the top of mist outlets.
The clear cover says: Use unfiltered tap water or mineral water, not distilled or purified water. Soak wicks before first use. Avoid touching metal mist plate on top. Keep upright when in use.
3. Directions for Use (Mist & Light)
Short press the function button to select the first mist setting.
Short press again to select the second mist setting.
Short press again to turn the mist off.
Long press to turn night light on.
Long press again to turn the night light off.
