"It's great.. my plants have boosted in 2 waterings" @plantednaked
By nature. For nature.
100% natural bio-active Groconut is an environmentally-friendly, vegan, organic alternative to synthetic rooting stimulants and growth boosters. That's a big list of benefits before you even get to the impressive results! You absolutely can use it by itself but for even better results, I'd recommend mix-feeding with a fertiliser.
1 pouch makes up to 45 litres
Groconut is now available in one size: 45 grams (the old 25 gram pouch has recently been discontinued). 45 grams makes up to 45 litres. That's based on the lower end of the dose range (1/4 teaspoon per litre). That's the level I use it as I mix-feed. More about dose, directions, use and mix-feeding coming up.
Made from baby coconut water
Groconut is made from fresh, naturally nutrient-rich coconut water, from young green coconuts, in a concentrated powder formula. Use Groconut for propagation, transplanting, as a growth booster for roots and leaves, or in every water for general maintenance. Alter dosage to suit use (see directions below).
As little as 1/4 teaspoon per litre
You don't need much either. The dose varies (full directions below), but I use just 1/4 teaspoon per litre for my jungle as I mix-feed. You can go up to 1 teaspoon per litre. It's a very safe plant tonic without the high risk of overdosing like some have.
Groconut also helps plants take in maximum nutrients. Superb for cuttings to get those roots growing. Encourages new growth of lateral buds. Stimulates cell growth for bigger, healthier, faster growing leaves and roots.
PS: Buy Groconut and support local. Groconut is family owned & operated right here in NZ. Ordering from Love That Leaf means you're supporting local too :)
Keep it cool: Groconut is best kept well sealed and in the fridge. If that's just not going to work for you, then keep it well sealed and in a cool, dry place.
Keep it dry: Be careful. Groconut loves water! If water gets in your pack of Groconut, it'll turn into a solid. I've had this happen. You can still use it, but it won't be as effective, so be paranoid and keep it dry! Keep it sealed when not in use, and only use a 100% dry teaspoon every scoop.
Why it 'stops working'
Bam! Crazy growth. Then nothing? The short answer is that it doesn't stop working. The long answer is if you get an immediate boost in growth, then it seems to just slow down and you get nada after a while, that's not because of Groconut.
It may be natural, but the growth hormones in Groconut are still powerful. To fuel that rapid growth boost, your plant will use up its stores of nutrients, both within its own tissues and from the soil.
Groconut is not a complete & balanced plant food, it's a growth booster (although it does have some handy nutrients), so don't stop feeding your usual food!
If you don't already have a go-to plant food, my personal pick at the moment is Foliage Pro (and it's so good I can't see myself changing). It has the extra nitrogen for vegetative growth (roots, stems and leaves) to work beautifully to support Groconut, and is one of the few foods that includes calcium to avoid irreversible deficiencies in that lovely new growth that Groconut powers.
"Incredible product. I started using this in many different ways. First with propagation and I’ve noticed that my cuttings have taken root faster. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is with my fiddle leaf fig. After feeding her with this product her two new leaves are twice the size of the previous leaves, it’s actually insane how huge they are in comparison. I’ve noticed an overall change in how healthy my plants look after just a few weeks of being fed with groconut! Thanks guys! Will be back for more!" @smarshall
"Can’t rave enough about Groconut! I’ve never had much luck with any plants... since starting with Groconut I’ve not only kept my plants alive (and I now have a lot) but they’re growing at record speeds looking amazing and healthy and I’ve accomplished propagating!!! If you haven’t tried this product yet your missing out and most importantly your plant babies are missing out!!" @svitali
"Love the product Groconut! I have been using this on all my seedlings, adding into my water propagation, and using on all my other plants. I have seen a great result after just 4 uses. Long roots and the healthiest leaves. Highly recommend. Thanks Groconut!" @mblaine

"Super impressed with this business. Something that is lost nowadays, is customer service. This however is not the case with Anna from “Love that Leaf”. Very happy with my purchase, very happy with the product information provided and very happy with the quick shipping and great packaging. Thanks!" Melayna Anderson
"By far the best customer care I've had in a long time. Website is such a wealth of information and the email with instructions for use after my purchase was fantastic. The pipette for measuring the correct amount was such a great inclusion, and the personalised message on the package was very cool. Definitely my go to shop for plant supplies now.
